LPT Women's Network 

The LPT Women’s Network is a supportive, empowering community for women across Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. The network brings colleagues together to connect, share experiences, and champion gender equality within the organisation.

Open to all women and allies, the network provides a safe and inclusive space to discuss challenges, celebrate achievements, and promote opportunities for personal and professional development. Through regular events, peer support, and collaboration with leadership teams, the network helps influence positive change and ensure women’s voices are heard at every level of LPT.
