LLR GP Coaching and Mentoring Offer

The LLRTH is already working in partnership with HEE colleagues locally to deliver an innovative coaching and mentoring scheme for GPs who are newly qualified and / or new to the area. Each participating GP can expect to receive support for 12 months from their mentor, with a monthly meeting and contact in between where the support is required. Both mentors and mentees have the opportunity to network and share experience through facilitated sessions and to provide the hub with feedback to support constant improvement.
